Open semantic reference

Draft 0.2 cross-checks manufacturing terminology against Eclipse Tractus-X semantic models for manufacturing capability, parts, bills of material and production-related information. ABCS retains independent, concise business definitions and records the CC BY 4.0 reference in provenance.

Business-only boundary: PLC commands, machine protocols, MES APIs, sensor telemetry, scheduling engines and shop-floor middleware remain outside ABCS.
